Art Therapy Journaling Class
Facilitator: Tammy Andersen, MS, ATR-BC
This journaling class meets bi-weekly for the purpose of
developing self-acceptance and self-love.  We will enjoy a
variety of experiences which will include: meditations, art
making, writing, collage making, moving, etc. Sharing is
encouraged but not necessary.  What happens here stays
here. New people are welcome at any time. No art
experience needed. All materials included in materials fee.
